[Nitro] Logger is getting passed args in wrong order

I am usinf Ruby 1.8.3 whioch expects the arguments in the reverse
order of 1.8.2. A ruby version check should be included to fix this.

Btw we should call the repository version just development version,
unless anyone comes with a better idea ;-)
