[Nitro] Running spark, flare

  I'm assuming you mean the page is rather empty, not that it consists solely of a search box. If so, the readme file included the zip contains a bit more information.

  As an example, go to http://localhost:9999/admin and follow the links for Article, Category, etc. to add some content.
