[Nitro] Running multiple Nitro sites under Lighttpd/FCGI

Hey Tim,

There is a profiler built in in ruby that you can use for checking what needs 
most of the cpu-time and what stuff is called how often - if you want to 
check this, just run webrick with 'ruby -rprofile run.rb'
