[Nitro] Newbie needs help

Hi!

I'm trying to run the nitro hello world example but
I'm unable to start it. This is the error:

I'm using the Ruby one click installer on Windows XP
and installed nitro and its dependencies running "gem
install nitro".

I thought that I might had a wrong nitro version, and
I've upgraded all the gems in the system with "gem
update" but it isn't working.

Can you help me?
