[Nitro] Wiki-based Documentation

Michael,

Though I didn't volunteer to be the wiki admin, I've been adding  
various bits of documentation to the Wiki, and re-arranging things a  
bit. I don't step on your toes by doing so. I'm happy to discuss  
strategy, goals, organization, or whatever by email or on IRC. It'd  
be good to make sure that everyone's on the same page so there's no  
wasted effort.
