[Nitro] problem with shader

the blog example won't run because it is complaining that it can't find 
the xml/xslt stuff. is there something else i need to install?

my own shader-free app is still looping infinitely because it can't 
find the index.xhtml template, even though it's there. not sure what to 
do on that. i tried setting the template directory in the controller's 
initialize method and that didn't help.
