[Nitro] /usr/bin/nitro does not work under Rubygems

Hi,

It should load the execute 'run.rb' file, but it does not, as in 
file /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/nitro-0.19.0/bin/nitro, 'Dir.pwd' is 
different from that in '/usr/bin/nitro', which calls the former.

To see the problem yourself, insert 'Dir.pwd' in each of the above mentioned 
files.
