[Nitro] Saprk with User Passwords

I setting up a local group wiki and have Spark installed.  I want to be 
able to restrict access to people who have a user name and password, and 
I believe Spark can do this, but I don't know what I need to configure.

Am I correct? Does Spark let you restrict all editing access to only 
those people who have been given a user name and password?  Any 
instructions on how to do this?
