[Nitro] Og in legacy environments

Hello Robbert,

thanks for the suggestions, I 'll have a look at helma. However, I
prefer not to have any ini files.
And I REALLY think that letting Og handle the ddl, is quite possible,
using this all the time :)
Give it a try and you will see :)
