For that, i've downloaded an old mousehole 1.2 (from mousehole site in why's home). And I was, in a na?ve way, thinking of memorizing all my queries using simply self[]= to put an array of hashes in. Unfortunatly, maybe due to data nature, it not only fails, but also crashes my poor little hole (and I left to your imagination the unthinkable view of a crashed hole in the web). So, I was thinking about storing only my script preferences in self[], and storing the request cache using another mechanism like, say, an array of hashes stored in a yaml file, persisted through an accessory thread. Bu I fear it's not such a good idea. Have anybody a good idea about it. Besides, the official reason for this work is utlimatly to create another script that'll allow me to test some applet/server connection, using session cookie and https connection. Do you think its feasible using that little hole ? Yes, I'(m sure you think like me its perfectly in the range of our little hobbit home. -- Nicolas Delsaux N'imprimez ce mail que si vous ne savez pas le lire sur l'?cran : les ?lectrons se recyclent bien, le papier, beaucoup moins bien. I believe that a very stripped down version of Mousehole probably has about 60% of the functionality needed. If this is something you have experience in, I would love to hear from you. I can give you more details on the functions needed and on the scope of the engagement. Please email me at: al at practicalmedia.com Thanks, Al Partridge Practical Media
