Hello all,
Just wanted to send a quick not as I have recently joined the list after
finding the software based on a referral from the Greasemonkey list. I
was trying to get GM to filter out applets, and found it would only do
it after the fact. I quickly threw together a little code for MH to get
it to do the work, and now I'll be playing with other features.
After that, though, I have several questions and a pointer.
First, the pointer, and this follows up on the Skipping Pages thread.
When I was trying to join this list, I noticed I was unable to do so as
Clicking the submit button had no effect. I turned off the proxy,
reloaded the page, and tried again. This time successfully. In the
process, I noticed a slight formatting change, and having read that
previous thread, I noticed that the Tidy function does indeed break the
form for joining this list. Basically, it adds a closing form tag
before the closing TD tag, thereby breaking the rest of the subscribe
form. I can provide a diff of the differences if anyone is interested.
Second, the question. Should clicking the hoodwink.d link lead
somewhere? Clicking on it either generates a DNS error, or the
following:
Internal Server Error
undefined method `message' for nil:NilClass
WEBrick/1.3.1 (Ruby/1.8.2/2004-12-25) at hoodwink.d:80
This is the latest release on Windows for now.
Thanks,
SWS
