[Mongrel] mongrel_cluster, start on boot, stale pids

You might try removing stale gems by running `sudo gem uninstall  
mongrel_cluster` and removing anything that's not mongrel_cluster  
1.0.5.  Also make sure your /usr/bin/mongrel_* are pointing to the  
right version.
