The CHANGELOG message for Mongrel is just:

v1.0.2. Signed gem; various bugfixes and patches.

There should be no breaking changes. If you're interested in a
specific bug, check the tracker and see what the resolution was.

The detailed SVN log up to and including 1.0.2 is at
http://mongrel.rubyforge.org/releases/Changelog .

Mongrel_cluster v1.0.3 includes Capistrano 2 recipes. That's probably
the most significant new feature.
