[Mongrel] Logging Exceptions

Mongrel logs exceptions it catches to stderr, have you looked at the
output there?  It just logs the exception message but not the full
backtrace.  You can have it include the backtrace if you send the
mongrel process the USR1 signal (`killall -USR1 mongrel_rails` or
something similar).
