[Mongrel] Mongrel Logging

Hi,

   I want all my mongrel processes to log to a single file, I've set up
a few clusters before and this seemed to be the default behaviour
however the most recent cluster I've deployed each mongrel logs to its
own file with its port number as an identifier.

Rails          1.2.3

Mongrel 1.0.1
