[Mongrel] Log problem on stop/restart

Ah, found it.

The mongrel_cluster processes that were running were old ones, from  
Dec 1. I thought that date, plus the -c /var/www/apps/central  
(without the 'current') looked fishy.

I killed them and restarted, and I'm now getting the Rails welcome page.
