[Mongrel] deploying mongrel with capistrano

Hi Curtis,

Install the mongrel_cluster gem.  It comes with a Capistrano recipe for 
deploying with mongrel.  Basically, once the gem is installed, you just 
need to require it at the beginning of your capistrano deploy file:

require "mongrel_cluster/recipes"
