[ANN] Rainbows! 2.0.1 - upload pipelining fixes

For HTTP clients living on the edge and pipelining uploads, we
now fully support pipelined requests (as long as the application
consumes each request in its entirety).

Rainbows! is an HTTP server for sleepy Rack applications.  It is based on
Unicorn, but designed to handle applications that expect long
request/response times and/or slow clients.
