I send this message to both mediacloth-talk and mediacloth-devel because it both is about using and developing MediaCloth. I am a new user of MediaCloth. I have been using Rassmalog[1] for my blog[2] for more than a year now. Per default this program uses the RedCloth[3] implementation of Textile[4]. Last weekend I modified my copy of rassmalog (more precisely config/format.rb[5] that does the actual 'clothing') to use MediaCloth in place of RedCloth (which was ridiculously simple; the hard part was converting all Blog entries to the new format). What I miss a lot is one feature the original MediaWiki has: controlling table cell formats. I sometimes use tables where it is crucial that I can control the background colour of cells (for highlighting them). I currently use and plain HTML in these cases.
