thursday - just impromptu to a few folks, but they liked it and thought it might
fill a real need in the Rails world. I've asked for a presentation
slot in upcoming mtg to give a prepared presentation when I have a chance to
organize some material. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

to be about 10 minutes, after that we start losing the audience (like... me! I
still haven't made it through to the end! That's what happened by my
ocruby group when we started watching it as well). Maybe can prune the
middle section demonstrating various edits to the templates from std WYSIWYG
editor - one or two quick examples (change some text, fiddle a style
or layout) would be sufficient to get the idea across. Maybe also one or
two diagram shots to depict overview of what's happening (here's how your
templates fit into rails...) - that could be a good addition to the docs in any
case, we can put this on our docs todo list.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

if you had done anything special or whether they just read our news and added it
to front.<BR><BR>I guess mailing lists are not working, no emails since June
21st. <BR><BR>I made a few commits this morning. One to add image_tag and to add
support for Mongrel.<BR><BR>Rails conference was great! I talked with Dave
Thomas and he was interested in the project, wanted me to send him an email
after the conference so he can take a look. He also thought Justin Ghetland and
Stuart Holloway would be interested. <BR><BR>Will fill you in more
