Yeah, it just kind of fell out. Once we had the MIO rewritten, I thought I would take a look and see what it would take. It turned out that it would be fairly easy hook since we had all that in place. So I was testing just before I went to the water park this morning and it was close, it turns out I have to hook something else to get the layouts but once that is done I think we're good. It would be wonderful to have that out of the way too.
<br><br>I will also take a look at your email that you weren't getting things updated properly after this mornings changes (mentioned root_path removal as possible suspect). I also took out one of the file expansions because it was ending up expanded twice (giving wrong path). I thought everything seemed to be working on my end, though I was running through a ton of things this morning so maybe I wasn't careful enough. However I think we even have a rake test that tests the watcher and all tests were passing. I know I also would change a template and then when I refresh the browser it was picking it up. Will check it out.

<div></div>I just about have direct to erb working (eliminating rhtml to file
generation). I just have to make the right hook for the layouts and need to look
at the analyzer and it will be done.<br><br>There will be a little more to
figure out around getting utilities to support operation in this mode (for
debugging) like several ways to get at the erb, but otherwise it is done.
<br><br>I wanted to have it this morning, but ran out of time. I am taking off
to take my daughter to water park. Will pick it up later this evening and get it
