[kramdown-users] Name for backlink relation of footnotes

Hi everybody,

Joe Fiorini mentioned in a [pull request][1] that the `rev` attribute
was removed in HTML5. Therefore the backlink in footnotes needs to have
a `rel` attribute instead of a `rev` attribute. He suggested the name
"reference" for this backlink.

Is this a good name for the backlink? Would "footnote-marker" be a
better name? Do you have any suggestions?
