[kramdown-users] Prefix for automatically generated IDs

Hi everybody,

would it be useful to have an option for setting a prefix that is used
on all automatically generated header IDs?

A use case would be a blog where an index site renders multiple posts
each having the same header named "Summary" and therefore the same
autoid.
