[Jruby-extras-devel] Improved support for MySQL migrations

I added an additional type mapping, but only in the MySQL spec, for
:decimal. I believe this is a new type added in edgerails, but it's used by
the AWDwR2 depot application. This may be more appropriate to add as a
"smart" mapping in the main JDBC adapter.
