[Ironruby-core] Iron7 - what to checkin where...

Stuart, are you saying you want to check in a slimmed-down version of iron7
into the IronLanguages repo on GitHub? If so, sounds great; fork the repo
make your changes and let me know when it's ready to pull into the main
repo. Let me know if I misunderstood. =)
