[Ironruby-core] Contributing?

While academic at this point, I would like to reiterate that you don't need
Visual Studio for CodePlex, Subversion works just fine. In fact, Subversion
is preferred over VS because it allows anonymous access the source control
repository while VS requires at least developer status on the project.
