  Replaces all remaining calls to Expession.Dynamic by AstUtils.LightDynamic.
  Removes superfluous restriction in InteropBinder.InvokeMember.FallbackInvoke. This caused a failure when binding to DynamicObject.
  Fixes Silverlight and FxCop build settings in Rowan4.sln.
  Adds YAML to Rowan4.sln
