  Installer for IronRuby. After running rake package, if you run build c:\ironruby from this directory, you will get a IronRuby.msi file in the current directory. The installer has optional installation of:
  * Std Lib
  * Samples
  * Silverlight binaries
  * Addition of installation directory to %PATH%
