[Ironruby-core] Is it possible to run rake on the latest binary release of IronRuby?

An implementation of Method#to_proc already exists in Merlin/Main/Languages/Ruby/Libs/hacks.rb, so if Libs is on your path you can just "require 'hacks'" to make rake work.
