[Ironruby-core] Is it possible to run rake on the latest binary release of IronRuby?

Hi Jim

Cool! I'll be waiting for that one then :) Any idea when you'll push
it into the trunk? Also do you know if there is a guide for building
IronRuby from scratch so that I can build it and get the fix?
