[Ironruby-core] Make IR run as an external tool in VS

By the way, going back to your original idea of running IR as an 
external tool. What is the problem here? I wrote a small tutorial once 
explaining how to run MySQL as a VS shortcut:

Are there any things different about running IR in that way?
