  Replaces calls to Expression.Comma/Block with calls to AstFactory.Comma/Block that avoids copying and creating arrays of expressions.
  Fixes super call with no arguments.
  Implements SuperCallAction serialization.
  Makes -save option accept a path where to store the precompiled assembly.
