A good place would be to try running the RubySpec tests and dig through what
you find.
You can also take a look at the wiki
(http://ironruby.rubyforge.org/wiki/wiki.pl). There are pages where you can
sign up to take on a library module.

RubyForge project page has a link to the bug tracker. (And the patch
tracker.)

In my opinion, the project is more in need of quality bug reports than
actual codes, but you are free to choose the area you want to
contribute in.
