[Ironruby-core] New revisions

It might be worth it to fix the casing rather than hide the bad casings. Problems with inconsistent casing might be discovered earlier if the right casing is enforced everywhere.

No worries, it's easy enough to change on my branch (it's really only two directory names), the important changes are making the Rakefile case insensitive (or going through and updating everything with the proper case, which seems much more tedious).
