[Ironruby-core] ruby implementation and Jscript implementation.

OK, you have point my issue!
I run it with a consoleHost. I have copy all assembly of silverlight.(unless
MS.Jscript.Compiler)

I think I will try to use browser or MS.Scripting of ironRuby with some
custom add.
