[Ironruby-core] zlib implementation

I'd assume a managed library for cross platform compatibility.  Is anyone
familiar with the difference between Zlib and System.IO.Compression?  Is it
possible to use wrap System.IO.Compression to get a compatible Ruby Zlib
lib?  Or do we need a new managed Zlib implementation?
