[Instiki] Instiwiki - showing up a blank page only

I'm not an expert on instiki,

our wiki recently just started showing a blank page only

any of the links (in history) also show up blank with no source html

is there a way to recover from this?

I did try   "rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production"

but just got an error

Don't know how to build task "db:migrate"

instead of the rake db:migrate, please do a
rake db:migrate RAILS_ENV=production

this should work!
