[Instiki] how to backup instiki ?

hi dominic,
backing up instiki depends on the database you use. for sqlite3, as  
johannes already said it is really just needed to copy the files from  
the db directory. if you are running on mysql or postgresql, you might  
want to take a look in the

mysqldump/ mysqlimport
pg_dump (pg_dumpall)/ pg_restore
