[Instiki] instiki crashing -> showing blank page

Yeah it's a weird bug. Right now all I can do is keep restarting when it
goes down. I'm gonna get it running on LightTPD over the weekend. I'll let
you know how that goes. I'm thinking LightTPD will fix the problem.
