[Instiki] getting a "buffer error"

Hi,

We have been using Instiki-0.10.2 for the last year.
Today we started to get a page not found error.

Our Instiki is running as a service.
So I stopped it. And then used the following command to start it up
manually.

   D:\ruby\bin\ruby.exe D:\Instiki-0.10.2\instiki.rb -p 1000 -t
D:\Instiki-0.10.2\storage

But got the following exception.
