[Instiki] An Informl announcement [URL fixed]

Hi,

Christian Lindig pointed out to me that the URL I sent in my email didn't 
work -- I did say there might be a bug or two ;-)

Anyway, the problem should be fixed now, so please try again if your had 
problems before.
