[Instiki] Linking to pathname

As far as I can tell, Instiki does not currently support that. I've worked
on a similar issue with MediaWiki in the past and it can be difficult to
work with IE and Firefox as they have slightly different ways of doing
things. And in firefox, this behavior is disabled by default.
