Yeah, that's a sign that the instiki rails app is not running (or  
responding to requests at any rate).

A long-winded explanation of that message is that the front-end proxy  
web server complaining because it can't find the back-end server app  
mapped to the "instiki.org" virtual host.  This is a pretty typical  
setup, esp. for some shared hosting providers -- there's one port 80  
Apache instance that fronts a mess of child web apps, each set up as  
a virtual host mapping in Apache's config.  More or less.

Anyhow,  instiki.org probably just needs to have its lighttpd  
restarted.  Someone?
