[Instiki] failed upgrade from 0.10.2 on ruby 1.8.2 to 0.11.0 on ruby 1.8.4.p3

This might seem a bit obvious and you might have tried it already. But
as opposed to the 0.10.2 version you actually run instiki.cmd in 0.11.
When running the command you used to you get an internal server error
and a blank page.
