[Instiki] How to access a new web?

[Larry Kelly]

I've started Instiki, clicked on 'edit web', then 'create web'. Entered a
unique Title and Address, set the password and clicked on create. I'm taken
back to my original web. How to I access the new one that was just created?
I've tried 'http://localhost:2500/new_web_name.
