[Instiki-devel] WATIR test

I've updated the WATIR test so that it can start Instiki with AR 
backend. Unintended, but very cool consequence, by the way, is that I 
can now peek inside the database from within WATIR tests, using the same 
AR APIs as the real thing, like Page.delete_all and what not.

4 tests are failing, in some minor ways, not HTTP 500 or anything like 
that. I will address the failures in the due course of tonight :)

To run WATR test you need a Windows PC with IE 5.5 or 6.0. There you 
simply invoke test/watir/e2e.rb and enjoy the magic.
