[Instantrails-users] tutorial problem

Hello everyone,

I've just installed Instant Rails and also configured cookbook and typo. 
I still wanted to try the
cookbook tutorial myself, but when I open cmd.exe and navigate to the 
rails_apps order and try
to run the "rails cookbook2" i get an error.

I am not too tech savy (yet), so if someone could explain to me what 
I've done wrong, it would be
appreciated.
