Yeah, it's pretty easy to run radrails.  What might make it even better is if IR
manager created a simple .cmd file to run RadRails, so that it isn't necessary
to make a console, cd into the folder and run it.

The only thing it needs is a PATH environment variable to tell it where ruby is.
