[Instantrails-users] iconv.dll error

Hmmm... you're right -- iconv.dll is in the lib dir along with iconv.lib.
Its really not supposed to be there, but for some reason it is.

Anyway, it'd be better just to move iconv.dll to the ruby/bin directory.
