[Instantrails-users] Can't Get InstantRails Default Applications to Work

Thanks Greg for the suggestion to try "netsh winsock
reset" but, unfortunately, that didn't work either.  I
think I'm about to give up on InstantRails on Windows.
 After more than eight hours of fruitless efforts, I'm
finding it's anything but "instant."  :(
